He manages overall operations that include driving growth, overseeing operations, managing the Foundation’s organizational structure and acting as the public face of the organization

Ishmael pursued his educational aspirations with vigor, culminating in his enrollment at the University of Phoenix. There, he excelled academically, earning both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in healthcare administration, specializing in Nursing Home Administration. This comprehensive education equipped him with the knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry.
